Pasticciotto made with cocoa shortcrust pastry and a creamy tiramisu filling, a dessert typical of Lecce and the Salento region, produced by the Tiziano pastry house following the original Salento recipe from Calimera. Baked to order, it is ideal as an end-of-meal dessert or for sweet buffets in hospitality.

- Main ingredients: type 00 flour, sugar, water, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, maize starch, rice starch, tiramisu paste 3% (glucose syrup, sugar, Marsala wine, egg yolk, natural coffee extract), cocoa powder
- Cooking: straight from the freezer, in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12/15 minutes, without baking paper
- Storage: at -18°C, shelf life 13 months; after baking keep at 4°C for a maximum of 48 hours
