Frozen sauce made with tomato pulp (90%) and basil, produced by Surgital in Emilia Romagna under the Sugosi brand. Ready in a few minutes, it is a versatile base for professional kitchens, with a deep red colour, small green basil leaves and a medium consistency.

- Main ingredients: tomato pulp 90%, mixed vegetables (CELERY, carrots, onion), double tomato concentrate 3%, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, basil 1%, salt, sugar, pepper
- Cooking: in a pan 5 min, adding the still-frozen contents with 30 g of oil over medium heat; microwave 10 min at 750 W; bain-marie 25 min at 100°C
- Storage: at < -18°C; once defrosted consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze
