Sticks of smoked provola with speck, breaded and pre-fried in sunflower oil, frozen at source. A savoury ready-to-bake snack designed for aperitifs, finger food and starters in restaurants and banqueting.
- Format: case of 5 packs of 1,000 g, approximately 33-35 pieces per pack (single piece ~30 g)
- Sold as: sold by the case of 5 packs
- Main ingredients: smoked provola 50% (cow's milk, rennet, beechwood smoking), speck 10%, wheat flour breadcrumbs, batter, sunflower oil
- Cooking: in a conventional oven at 200-210°C for 5-6 minutes, placing the product still frozen on a tray
- Storage: at -18°C until the best-before date (18 months); once thawed do not refreeze, keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: milk, cereals containing gluten (wheat); may contain traces of fish, celery, egg, soy, crustaceans, mustard and nuts
