Bow-shaped linguine, durum wheat semolina pasta made with 100% Italian wheat and gathered into its characteristic nest shape. Produced through the classic cycle of mixing, drawing and drying, ideal for first-course dishes in Italian hospitality.

- Cooking: pour the pasta into plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes
