Frozen Rustico Leccese, a classic savoury snack from the Salento tradition: crisp puff pastry (67%) filled with béchamel, mozzarella and tomato. A raw, salted product to bake, ideal for the snack counters of bars, coffee shops and takeaways.

  • Format: 70 pieces of 90 g each, net case weight 6300 g
  • Sold as: sold by the case of 70 pieces
  • Main ingredients: puff pastry (67%) made with type "00" soft wheat flour; filling (33%) of water, mozzarella, béchamel and tomato pulp
  • Cooking: preheat the oven to 200°C, place the product on baking trays and defrost for 30 minutes, bake at 200°C for 16/17 minutes
  • Storage: keep at no higher than -18°C; cook before eating; do not refreeze once thawed
