Pasteurised keta salmon roe (Oncorhynchus keta), presented as small spheres with the typical salmon colour. A ready-to-use semi-preserve made for hospitality: finger food, refined starters and garnishes for fish-based dishes.

Pairs well with blinis, toasted bread and crème fraîche for elegant aperitifs and canapés. Ideal as a garnish for tartare, carpaccio and fish-based first courses, or on buttered crostini for a banqueting buffet. It is also traditionally used in Japanese cuisine as a topping for sushi and gunkan.
