"Puglia" seafood salad in brine, a gastronomic preparation of molluscs and crustaceans: giant Pacific squid, mussels, octopus, cuttlefish, baby octopus and prawns. Produced in Italy by Renna, it is ready to use as a cold starter or as a base for first courses in hospitality.

- Storage: transport and store between 0°C and +8°C; once opened, keep for 7 days in the fridge covered by its own brine. Shelf life 3 months

Drain and serve dressed with oil and aromatic herbs. Ideal as a cold starter or side dish, or to enrich pasta, rice or couscous dishes. Perfect for seafood buffets and summer sharing platters in restaurants and banqueting.
