A gastronomic product made of prawns preserved in brine: defrosted, washed, cooked and packed. Made in Italy by Renna, it is ready to use as a starter or side dish and to enrich pasta, rice or cous-cous dishes.

Pairs well with extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs after draining. Ideal as a seafood starter, on crostini for aperitivo, or to enrich salads, risottos and cous-cous. Works well on a cold buffet or as part of a fish menu.
