Mini pizza in a single-portion format, with a base of soft WHEAT flour "00" and 18% tomato passata, topped with a preparation based on MILK proteins and processed cheese. Pre-cooked at source and ready to finish in the oven, it is ideal as finger food for aperitifs, buffets and quick service.

- Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour "00" 17%, water, salt, sugar, tomato passata 18%, food preparation 4% (MILK proteins, processed CHEESE, vegetable fats), sunflower seed oil, refined lard
- Cooking: in a traditional oven at 180-200°C for around 5-6 minutes
- Storage: 12 months at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours after cooking
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (WHEAT), MILK. May contain traces of celery, fish, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, egg, soya, crustaceans, nuts
