Pasteurised and frozen pistachio pastry cream, light green in colour, packaged in a practical sac a poche (piping bag). Made with 9% pistachio paste, milk and cream, it is designed for professional use in pastry-making and catering.
- Format: 0.500 kg T-sac, in cartons of 8 pieces
- Sold as: Sold by the piece
- Main ingredients: rehydrated skimmed milk, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, vanilla extract), cream, sugar, 9% pistachio paste, modified maize starch, thickeners and salt
- Storage: at -18°C; shelf life 12 months. Once thawed in the sealed pack, keeps for 4 days between 0°C and 4°C
- Allergens: milk and nuts (pistachios); may contain traces of cereals containing gluten and eggs

Thaw at +4°C and use like a standard pastry cream. Ideal for filling choux buns, cannoli, tarts, croissants and cakes, or for building individual portions and plated desserts. The handy piping bag allows precise dosing and a clean finish in the kitchen.
