Fresh spreadable soft cheese with a creamy, crustless paste, white in colour and creamy on the palate with a slightly acidic note. Made in Italy from milk of European Union origin, it is a versatile base for Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens, from breakfast service to pastry work.
