Heart-shaped filled fresh egg pasta, frozen, produced by Surgital in Emilia Romagna. The red-orange pasta encloses a filling with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, buffalo ricotta, tomato and basil, an eye-catching first course for hospitality menus.

- Main ingredients: filling 54% (buffalo ricotta, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP 23%, tomato 20%, breadcrumbs, basil 2%, salt, extra-virgin olive oil, pepper); pasta with durum wheat semolina, eggs 18.5%, water, dehydrated tomato and concentrated beet juice
- Cooking: add the pasta still frozen to boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain and season to taste (one litre of water per 100 g)
- Storage: at < -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk; may contain mustard and soy
