Single-portion gluten-free and lactose-free dessert, made with hazelnuts (hazelnut paste 9.2%) plus cocoa and dark chocolate. The individual, frozen cylindrical format is designed for the dessert menus of restaurants, hotels and caterers wanting to offer an option suitable for intolerant guests.
