Single-portion tiramisu, gluten-free and lactose-free, made in Italy by La Dolce Tuscia Pastry following the tradition of the classic Italian spoon dessert. Its handy cylindrical shape plates neatly, making it an ideal end-of-meal dessert for hotels, restaurants and caterers serving guests with specific dietary needs.
- Format: cylindrical single portion Ø 7 cm, h 3.5 cm, 90 g each; case of 9 pieces, net weight 810 g.
- Sold as: sold by the box (case of 9 pieces).
- Main ingredients: lactose-free cream, coffee beverage 16.1% (100% arabica), sugar, delactosed mascarpone 13.2%, egg yolk and eggs, dusting cocoa, dark chocolate drops 1.6%, corn starch and rice flour.
- Thawing: at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the fridge at 0/+4°C for about 3 hours.
- Storage: keep at -18°C; once thawed, keep at 0/+4°C for a maximum of 3 days. Shelf-life 12 months.
- Allergens: eggs, soy, milk (lactose excluded). May contain traces of peanuts and nuts. Gluten below 20 ppm, lactose below 0.1%.

Ideal for closing the menu with a classic of Italian pastry that also suits coeliac or lactose-intolerant guests. Serve thawed with an extra dusting of bitter cocoa, alongside an espresso or a sweet dessert wine.
