Beef cheek slow-cooked at low temperature (CBT) in its own juice, with 98% meat and salt. The sous-vide cooking keeps the meat tender and juicy, giving Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens a main course that is ready to regenerate in just a few minutes.
- Format: 6 bags per box, 1 cheek of approximately 450 g per bag (sold by weight)

- Main ingredients: beef cheek 98%, salt
- Cooking: thaw in the refrigerator (0-4°C), then heat the bag in a bain-marie or in the microwave (800 W) for 2-3 minutes; cut into medallions or serve whole
- Storage: keep at ≤ -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze; with the bag unopened it can be kept in the refrigerator (0-4°C) for up to 3 months
