Vegetable sticks with Edam cheese, breaded, pre-fried and frozen, under the La Valle degli Orti brand. A practical solution for finger food, starters and tasty sides in catering, ready in just a few minutes. Vegetarian product.

- Main ingredients: peas (18%), golden breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt, paprika, turmeric), sweetcorn (11%), carrots (11%), vegetable oil, Edam cheese (7%), potatoes, wheat flour, eggs, butter, salt, black pepper, nutmeg
- Cooking: in the oven at 230°C (fan 210°C) for about 9 minutes, from frozen; alternatively pan-fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, turning often
- Storage: at -18°C; 18 months from production in the unopened original pack
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk (Edam cheese, butter). May contain traces of barley, rye, oats, crustaceans, fish, soya, celery, mustard and molluscs
