Cod fillet fish fingers in a crispy breadcrumb coating, pre-fried and frozen, produced by FRoSTA from cod sourced through MSC-certified sustainable fishing and made without additives. Ready to cook, ideal for fast service in pubs, canteens and takeaways.
- Format: 12 packs of 450g per case, each pack containing 15 fish fingers.
- Sold as: by the case of 12 packs.
- Main ingredients: COD fillets (65%), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast, salt, paprika, turmeric), water, sunflower seed oil, WHEAT flour, salt.
- Cooking: oven at 220°C (fan 200°C) for 12-15 minutes; in a pan over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes; in an air fryer at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
- Storage: at -18°C; shelf life 18 months from production in the original sealed pack.
- Allergens: WHEAT; may contain traces of barley, oats and molluscs.
