Alaska Pollock fillets from sustainable, MSC-certified fishing, glazed and frozen, under the FRoSTA brand. Each pack contains 5 parallelepiped portions, white in colour with a firm texture, ideal for restaurants and quick-service catering.

- Main ingredients: Alaska Pollock fillets (100%), no additives
- Cooking: in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes; in a preheated oven at 180°C for 22-25 minutes; or in a pot of boiling water for 10-13 minutes, always from frozen
- Storage: at -18°C; minimum shelf life on delivery 12 months
- Allergens: fish; may contain traces of wheat, barley, rye, oats, crustaceans, soya, milk, celery, mustard
- Origin: Alaska Pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) caught in the North-East Pacific Ocean (FAO 67) or North-West Pacific (FAO 61)
