Rice arancino with diced chorizo and cheddar cheese, a gastronomic preparation pre-fried in sunflower oil and frozen. Ready to regenerate, it is ideal as finger food, a starter or an aperitivo bite in hospitality service.

- Main ingredients: rice 29%, chorizo preparation 15% (diced chorizo, tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, peppers, onion), breading, batter, bechamel, cheddar cheese 7%, spicy provolone, pecorino, Grana Padano DOP
- Cooking: in a traditional oven at 200°C for 12-13 minutes from frozen; in an air fryer at 200°C for 11-12 minutes
