Argentinian red shrimp skewers au gratin (Pleoticus muelleri), a frozen gastronomic preparation based on 85% peeled and deveined shrimp, threaded onto skewers of about 70 g each. The shrimp is caught in the South West Atlantic Ocean (FAO 41) and finished with an aromatic crumb of parsley, garlic and basil, ideal as a seafood starter or main in hospitality service.
- Format: 30 pieces per carton, approximately 70 g each

- Main ingredients: Argentinian shrimp 85%, breadcrumbs (fortified wheat flour, sunflower seed oil, salt, brewer's yeast), sunflower seed oil, parsley, garlic and basil; antioxidant E223
- Cooking: place on a lined baking tray, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and cook in a convection oven preheated to 250°C for about 6 minutes, turning halfway; alternatively grill at 200°C for about 10 minutes
- Storage: store at -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours, always after cooking
- Allergens: crustaceans, cereals containing gluten (wheat), sulphites

Pairs well with a lemon dressing or a citrus mayonnaise, served as a seafood starter or finger food on a buffet. Suggested also as a light main alongside fresh salad or grilled vegetables, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Works well on fish menus and banqueting platters.
