Shortcrust pastry pasticciotto with a pastry cream filling (43%), supplied raw and frozen, ready to bake. The shortcrust is made with soft wheat flour "tipo 00" and lard, while the custard carries vanillin and natural lemon flavour. Bake to order for breakfast buffets and sweet display counters.

- Main ingredients: water, soft wheat flour "tipo 00" 26%, sugar, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, rice starch, corn starch, vanillin, natural lemon flavour
- Cooking: straight from the freezer into a preheated static or fan oven, or air fryer, without baking paper, at 220°C for 12/15 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C; 18 months. After baking, keep at +4°C for max 48 h or at ambient temperature (max 20°C) for 24 h
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame
Suggested for an Italian-style breakfast, served warm with an espresso or a cappuccino. Ideal in the display of coffee shops and pastry shops, or as an end-of-meal dessert on a Puglia-inspired menu. It works well with a light dusting of icing sugar and a glass of sweet dessert wine.
