Ready-to-use chickpea hummus, a smooth cream with the light beige colour typical of chickpea purée and notes of cooked chickpeas, sesame and lemon. Ideal for accompanying ethnic dishes and Middle Eastern menus.

- Main ingredients: water, chickpeas (30%), sunflower seed oil, tahini (toasted sesame paste) (6.5%), lemon juice from concentrate, onion, salt, garlic. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
- Storage: at ambient temperature in a cool, dry place; once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days. Minimum shelf life 36 months
