Stracchino cream packed in a piping bag and frozen, capturing the taste and freshness of Stracchino cheese. White in colour with a smooth, uniform texture, it is perfect for spreading and warming in professional kitchens.

- Main ingredients: Stracchino 66% (pasteurised milk, lactic ferments, salt, rennet), cream, modified starch
- Preparation: defrost in the fridge in about 6 hours; once thawed it is ready to use. Do not refreeze
- Storage: 12 months at –18°C; after thawing in a sealed pack, 4 days between 0°C and 4°C
- Allergens: milk; may contain eggs and nuts (almonds, pistachios)
