Frozen Gorgonzola DOP cream, pasteurised and packaged in a handy T-sac (piping bag). Made with 64% Italian Gorgonzola DOP, cream and maize starch, it is a product for professional use, ready to use in the kitchen after thawing like an ordinary spreadable cream.
