FARCICOCCA is an apricot-based preparation made with 40% apricot, packed in a handy piping bag, with tasty fruit pieces, an intense colour and a texture designed for quick, hygienic filling of bar pastries and croissants. Once thawed it is ready to use straight away.

  • Main ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, apricot 40%, sugar, gelling agent pectin (E440), acidity regulator citric acid (E330), preservative potassium sorbate (E202), flavourings
  • Preparation: thaw from -18°C to +4°C (6 hours in the fridge, 2/3 hours at room temperature); once thawed it is ready to use
  • Storage: 12 months at -18°C; once thawed in the sealed pack, 7 days between 0°C and 4°C
