Courgette, salted sheep's milk ricotta and mint fritters, IQF frozen. The vegetables are blanched, wrapped in a slowly-leavened, hand-worked wheat flour batter, pre-fried and then frozen. Ideal as finger food or a hot starter in Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: 2 kg food-grade polythene bags in 4 kg cartons, approximately 115/120 pieces per kg

- Main ingredients: courgette 58%, wheat flour, salted sheep's milk ricotta 7% (sheep's milk whey, salt), dehydrated potato flakes, mint 2%, cow's milk, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast
- Cooking: from frozen. Deep fryer in oil at 170°C for about 2 minutes; air fryer at 180°C for 9 minutes; fan oven at 160°C for about 13 minutes; static oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes
- Storage: store at -18°C, 24 months. Do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten, milk. Produced in a facility that also uses crustaceans

They pair well with fresh yoghurt or mint-based dips and work perfectly as finger food for buffets and aperitifs. Suggested as a hot starter or vegetarian side dish, served just fried to bring out the crisp batter.
