Cherry tomatoes in a wheat flour crust, made by hand-wrapping tomato wedges in a naturally leavened flour crust, then pre-fried and IQF frozen. A tasty finger food to serve as a starter or aperitivo nibble in hospitality settings.

- Main ingredients: cherry tomato 64%, wheat flour, dehydrated potato, skimmed milk powder, salt, sunflower seed oil, oregano 0.3%, yeast, garlic
- Cooking: from frozen; deep fry in oil at 170°C for about 2 minutes, air fry at 170°C for about 10 minutes, or fan oven at 170°C for about 12 minutes, opening the door twice for optimal crispness
- Storage: -18°C, 24 months; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk; produced in a facility that also uses crustaceans and mustard
