Potato, pancetta and rosemary fritters wrapped in a light, slow-proved, hand-worked wheat flour crust, pre-fried and IQF frozen. Potatoes make up 49% of the recipe, with sweet pancetta and smoked pancetta at 7.5% each. Ideal as finger food, a hot starter or an aperitivo bite in hospitality settings.
