Frozen pepper and cheese fritters, made with 50% peppers wrapped in a light, hand-worked leavened wheat-flour batter and enriched with salted sheep's milk ricotta and cow's milk cacioricotta. Pre-fried and IQF frozen, they are ready to cook as a tasty finger food or starter in hospitality service.

- Main ingredients: peppers 50%, wheat flour, dehydrated potato flakes, salted sheep's milk ricotta 7%, cow's milk cacioricotta 5%, processed cheese powder, cow's milk, sunflower seed oil, oregano, yeast, salt, garlic
- Cooking: from frozen; deep fryer in oil at 170°C for about 2 minutes, air fryer 160°C for 7 minutes, fan oven 160°C for about 8 minutes, static oven 200°C for about 7 minutes
- Storage: keep at -18°C, 24 months; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk; made in a facility that also handles crustaceans
