Frozen vegetable trio in a wheat flour crust, made by Spirito Contadino with vegetables in variable proportions (54%): courgettes, cauliflower and artichokes. The vegetables are blanched, wrapped in a light, slowly leavened hand-worked batter, pre-fried and IQF frozen. Ideal as finger food or a crisp side dish for the Ho.Re.Ca. trade.
- Format: 2 kg polythene bags in 4 kg cartons (approximately 140/145 pieces per kg)

- Main ingredients: vegetables 54% (courgettes, cauliflower, artichokes), wheat flour, dehydrated potato flakes, cow's milk, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast, pepper
- Cooking: from frozen. Deep fryer in oil at 170°C for 2 minutes; air fryer at 170°C for 7 minutes; fan oven at 170°C for 10 minutes; static oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C, 24 months. Do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk. Produced in a facility that also uses crustaceans

Suggested as a tasty finger food for aperitivo or starters, served hot straight after cooking to bring out its crispness. It also works well as a vegetable side alongside meat or fish mains, or on a mixed Italian-style fried platter.
