Frozen baby artichokes in a wheat flour crust, blanched in boiling water and wrapped in a light, crisp golden batter, slowly leavened and worked by hand, then pre-fried and IQF frozen. Made with 60% artichokes, they are designed as a fried starter or finger food for hospitality service.
- Format: 1 kg food-grade polythene bags in 4 kg cartons; about 125/130 pieces per kg

- Main ingredients: artichokes 60%, wheat flour, dehydrated potatoes, skimmed milk powder, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast
- Cooking: from frozen — oil fryer at 170°C for about 2 minutes; air fryer 170°C for 8 minutes; fan oven 170°C for about 9 minutes; static oven 200°C for about 8 minutes
- Storage: keep at -18°C, best before 24 months; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten (wheat) and milk; produced in a facility that also uses crustaceans; may contain traces of mustard

Ideal as a hot starter or finger food, served straight after frying while crisp and golden. Suggested in a mixed vegetable fritto misto, on an aperitif buffet or as a tasty side. For optimal crispness in the oven, open the door twice during cooking.
