Type "00" soft wheat flour produced by Antico Mulino Antimo Caputo of Naples, milled from selected grains to meet the tradition of Neapolitan pizza and the demands of professional pizzaioli. Its high-quality, elastic gluten gives soft, extensible doughs with good strength.
