Small frozen baked pastry from the Salento tradition, with a shortcrust shell and a creamy chocolate heart (43% filling). Made by the Tiziano pastry shop in Calimera (Lecce) following the original recipe of the Pasticciotto of Lecce, ideal for breakfast and dessert service in Ho.Re.Ca.
- Format: pack of 24 pieces at 80 g each (pack weight 2.020 kg)

- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour type 00 (26%), sugar, water, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, cornstarch, rice starch, cocoa powder (4%); 43% chocolate cream filling
- Cooking: bake straight from frozen in a preheated static or convection oven, or air fryer, at 220°C for 12-15 minutes, without parchment paper
- Storage: keep at -18°C for 18 months; after cooking store at 4°C for max 48 h or at room temperature (max 20°C) for 24 h
- Allergens: gluten (type 00 flour), eggs, milk, butter; may contain nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy and sesame
