Frozen wild field mugnuli (Brassica Oleracea L.), a wild leafy vegetable from the Puglia tradition, selected, cut, washed and blanched in boiling water before freezing. Packed in a tray divided into three layers, ready to cook straight from frozen as a side dish or base for first courses.
- Format: 1 kg tray in 4 kg cases

- Main ingredients: wild field mugnuli (Brassica Oleracea L.)
- Cooking: place the frozen product in a cold pan with 20 g of water, cover and cook over moderate heat for 3 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking for a further 2 minutes
- Storage: store at -18°C, 24 months; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: no declared allergens present
- Origin: Soc. Agricola Spirito Contadino De Palma, Borgo Tressanti (FG), Puglia, Italy. GMO free
Pairs well with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli as a traditional Puglian side, or sautéed to dress orecchiette and short pasta. Ideal as a green base for meat or fish mains, on bruschetta, or as a vegetable topping for regional pizzas.
