Scialatielli frozen fresh pasta, bronze-drawn and wound into nests, produced by Canuti Tradizione Italiana from durum wheat semolina and water. A traditional Campanian shape, ideal for characterful first courses in hospitality kitchens.
- Format: 2 x 1 kg (packs not sold separately), 2 kg case

- Main ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water
- Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the pasta still frozen and, once boiling again, cook for 5/6 minutes; drain and dress to taste
- Storage: at -18 °C for 18 months; refrigerated (0/4 °C) for 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze
- Allergens: contains cereals with gluten (wheat); may contain eggs, soy, milk and molluscs

Pairs well with seafood sauces, clams, cherry tomatoes and basil in the Campanian tradition, but also stands up to land-based dressings with vegetables and cheese. Ideal as a first course in trattorias and restaurants; the bronze-drawn surface holds the sauce well, enhancing fish dishes and vegetarian options.
