- Cooking: Add the pasta straight from frozen to salted boiling water and cook for 6/7 minutes from when the water returns to the boil, then drain and dress
- Storage: At -18°C for 18 months; refrigerated (0/4°C) for 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed
