Fresh egg tagliolini with squid ink, frozen and bronze-drawn, produced by Canuti Tradizione Italiana in Rimini. Wrapped in nests of about 40 g and black in colour, they are designed for seafood pasta courses in professional kitchens.
- Format: 2 bags of 1 kg (packs not sold separately)

- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, eggs 19%, water, squid ink 1.9%
- Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the still-frozen pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes once the water returns to the boil; drain and season
- Storage: at -18°C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4°C) 24 hours; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, molluscs (squid ink); may contain soya, crustaceans, fish, milk

Pairs well with fish and shellfish dressings: excellent with clams, prawns, langoustines or a light seafood sauce. Ideal as a primo in seafood restaurants and trattorias, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley to highlight the typical squid ink flavour.
