Tagliolini in frozen fresh egg pasta, bronze-drawn and wound into nests in the tradition of Canuti in Rimini. Made with soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and 19.4% egg, they are ideal for quick first courses in professional kitchens.
- Format: 2 kg case (nests of about 40 g)
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 19.4%, water
- Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the pasta still frozen and cook for 2/3 minutes once boiling resumes; drain and dress to taste
- Storage: at -18 °C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4 °C) 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain soy, milk, molluscs

Pairs well with delicate butter and sage sauces, white ragùs or seafood dressings. Ideal as a first course in a trattoria or restaurant, the bronze-drawn surface holds sauces beautifully. Also suggested in broth for a traditional starter.
