Mozzarella in carrozza in mignon size: sandwich bread filled with cow's milk mozzarella, breaded and pre-fried at source in sunflower oil. A frozen oven-ready snack, made for aperitifs, buffets and finger food in hospitality.
- Format: 2 kg bag, around 57 pieces of approx. 35 g each
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: sandwich bread 26.6% (wheat flour), cow's milk mozzarella 18.6% (milk), béchamel, wheat flour, pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, sunflower oil
- Cooking: conventional oven at 200-210°C for 4-5 minutes, or microwave at medium power for 3-4 minutes, cooking straight from frozen
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; frozen at source, to be eaten only after cooking
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat), soya, milk (including lactose); may contain fish, celery, eggs, crustaceans

Ideal for the aperitif moment, served hot and gooey straight from the oven. It pairs well with a tomato dipping sauce or a touch of pecorino, and sits perfectly on a sharing platter of Italian mixed fried bites or in a hot buffet. Also suggested as finger food for banqueting and catering.
