Pan carrè sandwiches filled with speck and smoked provola, pre-fried in sunflower oil and frozen. A ready-to-bake snack with a spiced coating, designed for aperitifs, buffets and quick service in hospitality.

- Cooking: in a conventional oven at 200-210°C for 4-5 minutes from frozen; in the microwave at medium power for 3-4 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C for up to 18 months; once thawed do not refreeze, keep refrigerated at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
