Classic chocolate muffin in a tulip paper cup, made from baked and frozen cocoa dough, filled with cocoa cream and topped with dark chocolate chunks. Prepared with free-range eggs, it is designed for hotel breakfasts, coffee shops and sweet buffets.

- Cooking: defrost at room temperature for about 90/120 minutes, then return to the oven for 2 minutes at 110°C before serving
- Storage: store at a temperature no higher than -18°C; once defrosted keep at room temperature (25°C) for a maximum of 3 days and do not refreeze
