- Main ingredients: sugar, pasteurised eggs, sunflower seed oil, soft type 0 wheat flour, milk whey powder, rice starch.
- Cooking: defrost at room temperature for about 60/90 minutes, then return to the oven for 2 minutes at 110 °C before serving.
- Storage: store at a temperature not higher than -18 °C; once defrosted, keep at room temperature (25 °C) for a maximum of 3 days and do not refreeze.
