Yellowfin tuna steak (Thunnus albacares) naturally smoked over beech wood, made from raw blast-frozen fish given a short drying stage. Vacuum-packed, with a reddish colour and the typical light smoking, it is designed for starters, carpaccio and seafood sharing platters in hospitality.

  • Format: vacuum-packed steak, variable weight, approximately 1.2-1.8 kg (average net weight 1.5 kg)
