Yellowfin tuna steak (Thunnus albacares) naturally smoked over beech wood, made from raw blast-frozen fish given a short drying stage. Vacuum-packed, with a reddish colour and the typical light smoking, it is designed for starters, carpaccio and seafood sharing platters in hospitality.
- Format: vacuum-packed steak, variable weight, approximately 1.2-1.8 kg (average net weight 1.5 kg)

Pairs well with toasted bread, citrus and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Ideal thinly sliced for carpaccio and seafood starters, or diced into tartare and salads. Also suggested on a smoked-fish sharing platter alongside salmon and swordfish, served with a glass of crisp white wine.
