Fresh egg pasta agnoli with a creamy filling of ricotta and stracchino, enriched with summer truffle (Tuber aestivum). The durum wheat semolina sheet, made with free-range eggs, encloses a savoury heart ideal for traditional Italian first courses in hospitality.
