Filled fresh egg-pasta bauletti, frozen, with a 62% filling based on American lobster and crab, produced by Surgital in Emilia Romagna. The pasta has a rectangular raviolo shape with serrated edges, ideal as a fish-based first course in Ho.Re.Ca. settings.
