Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) cut into very thin slices and sautéed with a little oil and aromatic herbs, enriched with cream and vegetable fibre. A ready-to-use preparation, ideal for topping pizzas, bruschetta and filled rolls in professional kitchens.
