Spiral-shaped leavened pastry, a raw, frozen and pre-risen bakery product filled with 20% sultanas and custard cream. Ideal for baking fresh on site for breakfast buffets in hotels, coffee shops and pastry shops.

- Main ingredients: WHEAT flour, vegetable margarine, sultanas 20%, cream (MILK, sugar, EGGS), natural yeast, sugar, pasteurised EGGS, butter (MILK)
- Cooking: Bake in a preheated oven at 165/170°C for about 23/25 minutes
- Storage: Store at a temperature no higher than -18°C; do not refreeze after thawing and use within 24 hours
