Frittatina made from durum wheat semolina pasta (bucatini) dressed with cacio e pepe, enriched with squash blossom and grated lime peel, then battered, pre-fried in sunflower seed oil and frozen. A Neapolitan-style speciality, perfect as a hot finger food for aperitifs and fast service.

- Main ingredients: durum wheat semolina pasta, bechamel sauce, grated sheep's cheese 8.4%, squash blossom, lime, black pepper
- Cooking: oven at 200-210°C for 7-8 minutes; deep fryer at 180-190°C for 5-7 minutes; microwave at medium power for 3-4 minutes
- Storage: at -18°C for 18 months; once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
