Fritters made from leavened dough with black olives and peppers, frozen and ready to bake. Pre-fried at source in sunflower oil, they work well as finger food for aperitifs, buffets and starters across Ho.Re.Ca. settings.
- Format: 2 packs of 1.5 kg per case, around 100 pieces per pack, single piece approximately 15 g
- Sold as: sold by the case of 2 packs
- Main ingredients: wheat flour 44.36%, peppers 8.87%, black olives 4.44%, brewer's yeast, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, garlic, oregano
- Cooking: in a conventional oven at 200-210°C for about 5-6 minutes; if partly thawed, 3-4 minutes
- Storage: 15 months at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: gluten (wheat); may contain traces of milk, eggs, celery, soy, crustaceans, fish, sulphur dioxide and sulphites

Ideal served warm straight from the oven as an aperitif nibble or on a mixed finger-food platter. They pair well with charcuterie, cheeses and a glass of chilled white wine. Perfect for banqueting buffets and catering menus.
