Neapolitan-style frozen spaghetti frittata, made with durum wheat semolina pasta (31.3%), béchamel, mozzarella, cooked ham, beef and peas, enclosed in a crisp breadcrumb coating. A classic Naples street food, ideal as finger food and a fried starter in hospitality settings.

- Main ingredients: durum wheat semolina pasta 31.3%, breadcrumb coating mix, cooked ham 4.7%, béchamel, cow's milk mozzarella 2.5%, provolone, beef 1.9%, Grana Padano D.O.P, tomato pulp, pecorino, peas
- Cooking: defrost and deep-fry in hot oil at 180/190°C for 6-7 minutes (in a fryer or pan)
- Storage: 18 months at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours. To be consumed after cooking
